NTSS NPCC Campfire Night 2008 @ 11:56 PM

hmm... today i went to the NTNP Annual Campfire and yeah... i was super excited about it =).

Met denise at 610pm, Tiong Bahru. So... we walked around Tiong Bahru when we lost track of time coz we promised to meet another friend, Joanna at Clementi at 630pm. Oh boy she's very patient. hehe. So we reached there around 658pm.

After meeting her, we go to the bus interchange to take bus 196 to our school. The campfire started at 7pm and we reached around 720-ish. hehe... when we arrived there, IT HAVEN'T STARTED YET! hehe... I may say not many ex-NCOs were there... Only those very enthusiatic and kind of misses their NCOs life came, i guess. Hahaha... So... we just sat at the bench, talking and all...

It was kind of... well... Not as "grand" as last time campfire night. This year's theme was Olympics. It was somehow... well... looks like a "budget" kind of campfire. We used to have a big campfire and big stage... This time, its getting smaller. Oh boy...

But what i don't enjoy most is the performances... and its mostly like "stomping" and one group is like... making like a High School Musical but... more boring... I dunno what was all about. It was pretty soft. To add in, the fire is like, not as big as the last time fire!

Hmm... Oh!!! I forgot... this "friend" of mine... he accidentally kicked the pole and... well... the twine snapped. hehe...


Once all are done, this NCO said, "We will serve the food to the ex-ncos and cadets first. If we still have enough, you can take the food." something like that and in my heart i was like, it was friggin' ridiculous. Might as well we eat outside... Like Swensen's... LOL. By that time, it closes. hehe.

so, while those ppl eat, we took pictures! haha... Lots of it i guess... hehe. And my ex-cadet, Yipeng is like going to S.Korea student exchange!!! he's one lucky fella... =( haha. Good luck Yipeng!!! Hwaiting!

And, before we eat the buffet, they gave us a brownie first... How ridiculous... ugh! So not respecting the old NCOs. hehe... so... since the two girls i depended 2-3 years ago... doesn't quit and i was very happy. they survived the hell from there. haha... so... i just chat with them =).
