Saturday, September 20, 2008  19th Sept & TODAY! @ 9:03 PM ok... about yesterday.
after school, i went back home and i was thinking of making cookies. yummy.
got home, rest for a while and my dad came back. i told him that i wanted to bake some cookies and bought some ingredients for it. Mostly the ingredients i got it from my maternal grandmother (vanilla extract, few grams of light brown sugar, baking soda, butter & flour).
in the end... not i bake... my dad did. Supposedly, i am suppose to be enthusiastic for baking but... instead of me... its my dad. haha... but i do help him. Its like we bake it together as a father and daughter team. =D
When we wanted to weight the brown and white sugar together, i was like... WTF?! THAT MUCH?! Each sugar weights 175grams... so we add the together and its like 350grams?! its like... omg... those who are having diabetes, might die from it! O.o we just follow up the ingredients for the cookies... if we know if its very sweet, we will cut down the sugar.
hmm... after we done the whole thing, BAKING TIME! haha... So... we baked for 12 - 15 minutes, not keeping track of the time, its a bit ok and... its quite big...
 This is the picture of it. The first attempt in baking cookies. Cant blame the first timers right? haha. square cookies anyone? haha... well... my dad and myself ate it during break fast. I asked my sister to try out. She said its too sweet and my dad add a bit of salt and mix it. So... the 2nd try, IT BURNT!!! TOTALLY BURNT!!! T^T And the 3rd try was absolutely beautiful. sorry.. no pictures for it... and about today... i went to johore bahru to buy some delicacies for the upcoming Raya. I forgot which part then we went to Plaza Angsana. Nothing much there. My mom bought donuts, some pastries and her brooch for RM5. Around 4 plus, we went back home. If you wanna know, i slept in the car from the start of the journey till the end. Obviously i woke up and walk around... Duh~~~ haha... i dunno why was i sooo sleepy and slept in the car... good thing i brought 2 of my favourite pillows! hahaha... i was sleeping and didnt realised we are gonna reach soon. hehe. that is one of my advantage when travelling to other countries. SLEEP! wakaka... =) hmm... i guess thats about it then... Holidays are official started! alright baby!!! sadly on the 29th Sept, my paternal grandma will be here... F***!!!! 2nd time in a row will be like somehow celebrating with her... dammit... well... wtf... i dun wanna celebrate my 18th bdae when she's around... haiz... spoil my 18th bdae mood. i hope i can go out on that day not telling my granny and the maid its my bdae... and... i feel saved that i have my another 2nd bdae pizza. As in last year, i have my 1st bdae pizza during fasting month... so make it as my 2nd bdae pizza during fasting month. its better to have it in advance than on actual day coz... who knows bad luck is coming... =x i sound terribly evil talking abt my granny like that... cant help it... even tho im still part of her blood, haiz... gtg now and put up a new layout... hehe... typical me...haha... the theme is random... do bear with it... hehe...
